We accept online payment methods such as UPI, Net banking, Cards, Wallets, and other supported gateways.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We dispatch orders within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery time varies depending on the location and courier partner.

Delays caused by logistics providers, strikes, weather, or natural causes are beyond our control.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the nature of clothing products, we do not accept returns or refunds unless the product is damaged or defective on arrival.
Defect-related complaints must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with parcel opening video proof.

Size issues, color variation, dislike of material/print, or subjective quality opinions are not eligible for return/refund.

If a replacement is approved, only the same product will be reissued (subject to stock availability).

6. Cancellations

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after 1 hour.
If payment is deducted and the order is not processed, a refund will be initiated to the original payment mode within 4–7 working days.
